International Bootcamp for Psychologists – Opportunity for Erasmus+ internship

We are pleased to inform you that Khushi Minds is an online clinical psychology clinic and started its operation in Portugal in late 2021.

Unlike other platforms it is not a market place but a real clinic with a pre-selected team of clinical psychologists understanding that cultural background and context is important to provide quality an accessible mental health services in Europe.

This project has been successfully implemented in Portugal and it would be useful to replicate it to other countries, focusing on creating a stable and committed team in each country/territory (for some countries the goal is to have different teams for specific cultures/languages).

Therefore, we kindly ask you to reach out for the International Bootcamp for Psychologists.

  • City: Leiria, certainly one of the most surprising cities of Center of Portugal, Leiria, beautifully located by the Lis River, is a city full of curiosities.
  • Place: Social Incubator of the innovation ecosystem of StartUp Leiria
  • Duration: 3 months (October-December 2024)
  • Who can apply: Erasmus Clinical Psychology students/graduates from Erasmus+ program
  • Application Deadline: April 30th 2024 to with motivation letter and CV


Overall Goal:

Khushi Minds wants to identify 6 clinical psychology students/graduates with a social entrepreneurial profile who would like to work in an international team in Leiria, to design the path to create Khushi Minds in his/her own country. This autonomous team will have the chance to create and develop a strategy and try to put in practice. Only one candidate will be selected per country/territory, nevertheless it is open to every country in Europe.

This team will be integrated in the young entrepreneurial ecosystem of StartUp Leiria with easy access to a great region in the center of Portugal.

Job Description:

Each team member will have the chance:

  • To create content and personalize Khushi Mind’s Online Platform (;
  • To provide content and promotion on social networks;
  • To develop partnerships with companies and non-profit organizations for promotion of mental health in own country;
  • To provide online mental health services (depending on the legal framework of each country and level of education)
  • To provide online mental health awareness sessions to local organizations/target audiences;
  • Identify the best strategy to create Khushi Minds in its own territory;
  • To have training with mental health professionals;
  • To learn how to work in an entrepreneurial framework;
