The National Erasmus+ Office in Montenegro, in cooperation with the HERE team, organized a national Bologna event today dedicated to one of the key topics in higher education – the recognition of qualifications and study periods.
During the event, discussions focused on diploma recognition, current trends and challenges in Montenegro, university procedures, the role of the ENIC Centre, as well as joint study programmes and their recognition as an important part of the future European Higher Education Area. Participants also addressed topics such as the recognition of formal, non-formal, and informal learning, including micro-credentials and their role in modern higher education.
The guest lecturer was prof. Raimonda Markevičienė, Bologna expert and Head of the International Relations Office at Vilnius University, Lithuania, who shared experiences and recommendations from European practice.
The event gathered HERE members, representatives of universities, institutions, and experts with a common goal – strengthening the quality, understanding, and transparency of recognition processes in higher education.
