HERE seminar “Status of Doctoral Candidates EEC/WBC vs EU or wider” was held

HERE seminar “Status of Doctoral Candidates EEC/WBC vs EU or wider” was held today at the solemn hall of the Technical Faculty of the University of Montenegro.

This seminar, supported by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), within Technical Assistance Mission (TAM) was aimed to exchange information on practices of doctoral candidate status in Montenegro and EU countries.

Prof. Lucas Zinner from the University of Vienna was a visiting lecturer at the seminar, while representatives of all higher education institutions from Montenegro, the Ministry of Science as well as PhD students took part as panelists.
