EU TACSO Training on Preparation of Project Proposals for Thematic EU Programmes Available for CSOs, Media and Media associations in Montenegro has been held via Zoom platform from 2-4 February 2021.
This training has covered diverse thematic EU funding programmes, including Erasmus+, Creative Europe and Europe for Citizens. Representatives from DG EAC Education, Youth, Sport and Culture from Brussels, EU Delegation to Montenegro and Contact points from Montenegro have been invited as guest speakers.
The objective of the training was to increase capacities of CSOs, media and media associations about thematic EU funding opportunities and to enable them to prepare project proposals within the technical requirement of EU funded projects/programmes.
The guest speaker from National Erasmus+ Office in Montenegro, coordinator of the office Ms. Vanja Drljević, presented the key objectives and features of Erasmus+ programme in the field of higher education. Considering that the target group of this training were CSOs, media and media associations from Montenegro, a special focus has been placed on promotion of the relevant Erasmus+ actions that are open to them, such as CB HE and Jean Monnet. Ms. Drljević stated the importance of involvement of such non-academic partners in these actions, by explaining the role and benefits of their participation. Along with that, best practice examples in Montenegro have been presented and practical information about application procedure has been given.
