The international conference “Further Development of Vocational Education” has been held

The international conference “Further Development of Vocational Education” – within V2V Capacity Building in Western Balkans pilot project, organized by high school “Danilo Kiš”, in cooperation with high school “Ivan Uskoković”, has been held today at the Ramada Hotel in Podgorica.

A promotional event within the EU-funded V2V project, led by APRO Formazione (Italy), aims at modernizing, innovating and internationalizing vocational schools from the Western Balkans. This partnership is composed of 10 vocational schools, five schools from EU countries and five schools from the Western Balkans. The vocational schools from Montenegro –  “Ivan Uskoković” from Podgorica with a partner school SIC Ljubljana (Slovenia) and the vocational school “Danilo Kiš” from Budva with a partner school Apro Formazione (Italy) – are taking part in the project.

The project coordinator Nicola Alimenti, APRO Formazione (Italy), representatives of the mentioned Montenegrin schools participating in this project, international partners in the project, students and staff who participated in mobility within this project, representatives of the Ministry of Education, Center for vocational education of Montenegro, e-Twinning and National Erasmus+ Office in Montenergo, addressed the audience. Vanja Drjljević, Head of the National Erasmus+ Office in Montenegro emphasized the importance of student and staff participation in the Erasmus+ programme, both for their personal and professional development.

The info event “Sports through Erasmus+” which was organized by the National Erasmus+ Office in Montenegro, has been held today at the premises of the Rectorate building of University of Montenegro. The event has gathered relevant representatives of various sport organizations from Montenegro.

This event aimed at familiarizing all potential applicants with the possibilities within the open Erasmus+ call for proposals – Capacity building in the field of sports, as well as providing guidelines related to writing successful project proposals.

The possibilities of Montenegrin participation in the open call were presented by Ljiljana Gogić, National Erasmus+ Office, while Vanja Drljević, Head of the National Erasmus+ Office shared tips for successful submission of the project proposals.
