We are pleased to inform you that today, an event titled “EU&U” was held at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro, organized by the National Erasmus+ Office in Montenegro, the Student Union and the Student Council of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro.
As part of the “EU&U” event, a moderated discussion was organized featuring outgoing and incoming students who have participated in Erasmus+ mobility programs; H.E. Johann Sattler, Ambassador of the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro; Vanja Drljević, Head of the National Erasmus+ Office in Montenegro; Zerina Kardović, student commissioner of the University of Montenegro as well as attending students.
During the discussion, topics included first impressions upon arriving in a new country, cultural differences, challenges students face during exchange programs, and the most significant experiences they gained. Participants also reflected on the relationship between expectations and reality, the cost of living, students’ daily life abroad, the process of social integration and personal development through international experience.
The aim of the event was to exchange experiences and information about the opportunities provided by the Erasmus+ program, as well as to bring European educational and cultural values closer to students.
