The project aims to introduce the “culture of learning mobility” in the field of VET that Europe has been knowing since the launch of the Erasmus programme . In particular, there is a need of informing VET teachers and headmasters on learning mobility and increase their competences in the planning managing process of mobility projects. More work based learning is also required in the Western Balkans to prepare young people for the transition to the labour market and at the same time support the development of local economies.
In order to do so, the projects want to plant the seed of learning mobility in the region by implementing two types of activities:
- mobility of VET learners
- competence building of VET staff
