Capacity Building in the field of Youth (CBY) – Call for proposals 2021

We are pleased to inform you that CBY call for proposals with a deadline on 01 July 2021 has been published. This call will target specifically youth organisations in the Partner countries from “Region 1 – Western Balkans” (with an available budget of 3 M€) and “Region E3 – South Mediterranean countries” (with an available budget of 5M€).

The CBY action aims at supporting the international cooperation and policy dialogue in the field of youth and non-formal learning, as a driver of sustainable socio-economic development and well-being of youth organisations and young people, in particular in the Partner countries targeted by the call.

Please note that the 2021 CBY call for proposals is opened only to:

  • Organisations from the Members states of the European Union (EU) and non-EU Programme countries1; these organisations can act as applicants or partners;
  • Organisations from countries belonging to “Region 1 – Western Balkans” (Albania; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Kosovo2; Montenegro) and “Region 3 – South Mediterranean countries” (Algeria; Egypt; Israel; Jordan; Lebanon; Libya; Morocco; Palestine3; Syria; Tunisia); these organisations can act as partners only.
