Europe Day celebrated through panel discussion on impact of participation in Erasmus+ mobility on building various skills of our panelists

Today, at the premises of the University of Donja Gorica, we talked about the experiences of our Erasmus+ beneficiaries and the impact of the mobility period on various aspects, putting special emphasis on building practical and soft skills, and how they help us in the process of personal growth and self-discovery, but positively they also influence our career path.

Overcoming the culture shock that Erasmus+ beneficiaries experience by staying in an international environment, the adaptability and independence skills they acquire, intercultural communication and linguistic skills, creativity, coaching skills and teamwork are some of the most prominent skills that our panelists talked about.

In the introductory part of the event, the attendees were addressed by prof. Sandra Tinaj, General manager of UDG; Vanja Drljević, Head of the National Erasmus+ Office; Silvia Staffa, Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Italy in Montenegro and Zerina Kardović, President of the ESN network in Montenegro. The event was moderated by Rina Muhaj, on behalf the National Erasmus+ Office, and Danilo Bulatović, a member of the HERE team on behalf of UDG. Luka Trbović (Secondary vocational school “Vaso Aligrudić”), Balša Lompar (UDG alumni), Bojana Lalatović (RYCO), Amela Frljučkić (Music Center of Montenegro), Jelena Jovanović (youth worker) and Ksenija Borilović (Office for Youth of the capital Podgorica) took part in the working session of the event.
