U organizaciji EU Tehničke podrške organizacijama civilnog društva (EU Technical Assistance to Civil Society Organisations – EU TACSO), u periodu od 2.-og do 4-og februara 2021. godine, održana je online obuka o pripremi projektnih prijedloga za tematske EU programe koji su na raspolaganju organizacijama civilnog društva, medijima i medijskim udruženjima u Crnoj Gori.
Ova obuka obuhvata različite tematske programe koji se finansiraju od strane Evropske unije, uključujući program Erasmus+, program Kreativna Evropa, kao i program Evropa za građane. Predstavnici Direktorata za obrazovanje, mlade, sport i kulturu iz Brisela, predstavnici Delegacije Evropske unije u Crnoj Gori, kao i predstavnici kontakt tačaka iz Crne Gore su učestvovali na ovoj obuci.
Cilj obuke je osnaživanje kapaciteta organizacija civilnog društva, medija i medijskih udruženja kada su u pitanju mogućnosti tematskog finansiranja od strane Evropske unije, kao i pružanje pomoći prilikom pripreme projektnih prijedloga u okviru tehničkih zahtjeva za projekte/programe koji se finansiraju od strane Evropske unije.
Vanja Drljević, koordinator Nacionalne Erasmus+ kancelarije u Crnoj Gori, predstavila je ključne ciljeve programa Erasmus+ u oblasti visokog obrazovanja. S obzirom da su ciljne grupe ove obuke organizacije civilnog društva, mediji i medijska udruženja iz Crne Gore, poseban akcenat je stavljen na relevantne akcije programa Erasmus+ (Izgradnja kapaciteta u oblasti visokog obrazovanja i Žan Mone) koje su otvorene za učešće ovakvim organizacijama. Vanja Drljević je ovom prilikom naglasila značaj učešća ovakvih neakademskih partnera u pomenutim akcijama, pritom navodeći brojne benefite njihovog učešća. Takođe je predstavila i primjere dobre prakse u Crnoj Gori, ali i pružila relevantne informacije o samoj proceduri prijave.
