Okrugli sto na temu “Implementacija Evropskih standarda i smjernica za obezbjeđenje kvaliteta visokog obrazovanja u Crnoj Gori”, održan je danas u organizaciji Agencije za kontrolu i obezbjeđenje kvaliteta visokog obrazovanja.
Okrugli sto je otvorio direktor Agencije, prof.dr Srđa Popović, navodeći da je znanje najvredniji kapital jedne zemlje i da ulaganjem u kvalitet znanja, a naročito onog na trećoj ljestvici u sistemu tj. visokog obrazovanja, doprinosimo rastu i razvoju ekonomije i kvalitetu života u cjelini.
Na okruglom stolu su govorili predsjednici vodećih evropskih asocijacija u oblasti obezbjeđenja kvaliteta visokog obrazovanja g-din Kristof Grolimund, predsjednik Evropske asocijacije za obezbjeđenje kvaliteta u visokom obrazovanju (ENQA) i g-din Karl Ditrih, predsjednik Evropskog registra za obezbjeđenje kvaliteta visokog obrazovanja (EQAR). Tom prilikom, na jednom mjestu su se okupili svi ključni učesnici u sistemu obezbjeđenja kvaliteta visokog obrazovanja u Crnoj Gori kao implementatori Evropskih standarda i smjernica.
Ulaskom u proces EU integracija i učlanjenjem u Evropski prostor visokog obrazovanja, postavili su se novi izazovi. Stoga, Vlada Crne Gore je osnovala Agenciju u cilju primjene evropskih standarda u visokom obrazovanju. Tek nakon njihove pune primjene, Agencija može postati član asocijacija kao što su ENQA i EQAR. Time se postiže veća mobilnost studenata i olakšava priznavanje crnogorskih diploma.
Predsjednici evropskih asocijacija u oblasti visokog obrazovanja naveli su da obezbjeđenje kvaliteta visokog obrazovanja predstavlja proces koji je u kontinuitetu i koji se razvija i mijenja, dok eksterna evaluacija predstavlja instrument za zatvaranje ovog kruga. Ovom prilikom su govorili o značaju primjene Evropskih standarda i smjernica (ESG), ali i o potrebi prilagođavanja istih sa specifičnostima konkretnog sistema.
