We are pleased to inform you that online SPHERE seminar ‘AI: What institutions have to teach, and students have to learn for career and citizenship’ was held on April 7-8 2025.
It brought together higher education experts and policymakers from different countries with the aim to jointly explore the impact of artificial intelligence on professions and society as a whole. The event addressed higher education policy makers and practitioners, including students, at all levels of experience and knowledge regarding the topic. Participants engaged with each other and with colleagues from other universities to understand AI’s opportunities, identify potential risks, and formulate policies to ensure ethical and responsible AI adoption.
The goal of the seminar was to examine how higher education can integrate artificial intelligence into learning and teaching.
